Circus of Fools, the bastard child of Fallout 4's sole survivor, DCs Joker and a variety theatre, is by all means a live band: a bombastic show, elaborate costumes, a charismatic front-man, a female vocalist with an extremely versatile voice and congenial musicians serve an inherently consistent picture between moral and madness. This circus is the filthy reflection of our society and an incredibly energetic band. The songs are pompous, catchy and tell stories about the victims of our time, raise the finger against intolerance, throw-away mentality and fascism as well as send out a call for civil courage and philanthropy. The musical mix, settled somewhere between Melodic Death, Gothic Metal/Rock, modern Metal(core) and Industrial, is something you shouldn’t miss as an open-minded person. The band Circus of Fools was founded in late 2012 and plays in a stable line up since 2014. All the live energy does not withhold them from songwriting and so the first album ”RAISE THE CURTAIN“ was released in 2015, mainly funded by the crowd through Startnext. At the moment the band is working on a follow-up album, which is expected to be released in late 2017. "Another World Within" is the lead single to this new release. They have played about 60 shows up until today and shared the stage with bands like Sepultura, Moonspell, End of Green, Rotting Christ, Harpyie, Solstafir, Xandria, Melechesh, Schwarzer Engel and many, many more.
