Here is Porsche, Miss Pole Dance Australia 2013's winning performance at the Enmore Theatre, Sydney, Australia on Saturday the 10th of November 2012. With a strong background in classical ballet Porsche commenced her classical ballet studies at the age of 5. After studying ballet and contemporary dance at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and at Rambert School of Dance, London, she was accepted into Cape Town City Ballet where she danced as a soloist, including some principal roles. In 2001 after deciding to finally hang her ballet shoes Porsche moved to Sydney Australia where she turned her interest to Pilates and teaching ballet. Studying with physiotherapists Porsche gained a vast knowledge in the areas of the anatomy of movement, rehabilitation and corrective exercise therapy. Having no idea what pole dancing was about, Porsche saw her first pole performance in 2005. Blown away by the sensual beauty yet athletic requirements of the art, it instantaneously sparked an interest and passion within Porsche.
