"The Roots" is a story about destiny of family which was separated because of military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh in 1992-1994. But one winter morning has changed the old man's life - the younger son has arrived with a family from Ukraine. But, unfortunately, years and thousands of kilometers of separation have played with them in a mean joke.
