Do you ever feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day? I know that now and then I definitely feel like I could do with more time! I find that getting organized helps me and one of the things that is most effective is multi tasking and prioritizing. I know that being active is important to my health and happiness so I make time for it... but what about if I could fit in more exercise in less time? Now that would definitely improve my happiness levels.
Lack of time is the main reason that many people struggle to fit in a full body workout so I think that it's a great idea to be creative and combine an upper body exercise with a lower body exercise.
Not only does this work more body parts in less time but the added bonus is that your brain gets a workout too. Co-ordination drills are popular in sports programs so why not find your inner athlete and give it a try too?
A lunge is a simple exercise that is very effective for gaining strength in your legs.
A front arm raise is a great exercise for working your shoulders.
Combine these two moves together for a fun timesaving move.
