Released July 9th, 1937
While on vacation, P.E.Dodd, the regimented, penny-pinching accountant for a great metropolitan newspaper, stumbles upon the opportunity to take charge and scoop the rival papers when a kidnapping occurs on the neighboring estate. Will Dodd's efficient but milquetoast manner save the day? Will Dodd win the love of his underhanded glib-talking co-worker Judy? Will Jenny learn to make decent coffee instead of practicing her cow impressions? Will Bill remember which way to crank the tractor (yes, yes, there is absolutely a tractor chase)? Tune in and find out.
