Shrimps in Cream Sauce are very tender and delicious. Moreover, they are really easy to cook at home.
Once I tasted a really delicious thing in a restaurant. They were shrimps in cream sauce with vegetables. So I decided to learn to cook them myself. A couple of kitchen experiments and I got the recipe right! It turned out that this dish is really easy to make and it takes just a little of your time.
Recipe :
5-6 cherry tomatoes
4 leek slices
20 shrimps
6 tablespoons of cream (15%)
50 ml of water
Salt, pepper, spices (seafood spice mix or khmeli-suneli)
First, get the vegetables ready: you will need some leek and some cherry tomatoes.
Cut each cherry tomato in 2 halves and cut the leek into rings.
Now you need to fry the vegetables just a little (for a couple of minutes) so that there is some juice.
Next add shrimps to the vegetables and fry all the ingredients together for another 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and other spices for your liking.
Seafood spice mix or khmeli-suneli will work best because your dish must be spicy in the end.
Pour some cream over the shrimps and add some water.
Without water your dish will taste too creamy and fatty.
Stew your dish for another 3 minutes and turn the fire off.
The shrimps made this way will be extremely tasty.
This dish works best with rice.
