First of all, sadly a rather poor recording.
I’ve heard worse but I got bootleg ears.
Second, well what can be said about this concert that is not already said?
This is my favorit concert by Led Zeppelin (or at least top 5).
This show is so good that it almost makes me cry.
Can you imagine singing ”Over The Hills And Far Away” in it’s original high notes after singing for more than 3 hours?
I can’t, but Robert does with ease.
To me this is Robert in his finest singing ever.
Not the power from the year before and not the freedom and range, but listen to the tone quality and the actual singing, the best.
The same goes for Jimmy.
His playing and his tone in the guitar is really outstanding.
28 minutes of Dazed And Confused, a 25 minute Whole Lotta Love that is slightly cut.
This is a 3 hour and 30 minutes concert and they preview songs from ”Houses Of The Holy” and even from ”Physical Graffiti”.
The playing is outstanding from the first song to the last and the band and the audience communicate all the way.
Know we really need a soundboard from this show.
I know that this show is circulating on Youtube before:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58IfTqts5cA&t=2991s
but I had to conclude it on my channel since it is my favorit show.
So don’t judge the book by its cover,
this is one of the best concert ever by any artist and a tribute to rock n roll.

A whole Lotta info about the recording
and Led Zeppelin and Seattle love affair.
Original Notes:
Fair to good sounding recording. This is one of those epic shows zeppelin would occasionly put on. This 3+ hour marathon of a show including the first ever performances of Houses Of The Holy material consisting of The Ocean, Dancing Days(twice!), The Crunge(during Dazed And Confused) and Over The Hills And Far Away. This show also features an early version of Black Country Woman. This show was loaded with lots of oldies and includes John Bonham singing along with Plant on Only The Lonely(during Whole Lotta Love) and Money, also full versions of Louie Louie and Let's Dance(both during the Organ Solo) are performed. A big thanks goes out to Bill B. who's hard work and perserverance is the reason why we as fans have a copy of this epic show's audience recording to listen to in the first place. This set of 2nd gen tapes were made directly from Bill's 1st gen reels for his friend Darrell who was gracious enough to let me borrow them to transfer. As of this point and time these tap...
