A communion hymn written by Stuart Townend, Keith Getty and his wife Kristyn. Some of the lines are inspired by C.S. Lewis' Voyage of the Dawn Treader from the Chronicles of Narnia - specifically Aslan's Table in the Island of the Star (also known as Ramandu's Island or World's End).
