Besan Burfi Recipe - inHouseRecipes - Hindi With English Subtitles
Besan Laddo and Besan Burfi are two one of evergreen sweets from North India.
I remember having it every tuesday after we devoting it to Shri Hanuman Ji as a prasad.
I also remember these were distributed on the occasion of marriage as a return gift to all attendees.
I am sure you also have some memories of these laddoos and burfi in some way. They are the basic item on any Desi Halwai in India.
Here we are trying to present an easy way of making them at home. I miss all these sweets being here in USA and the only way we can enjoy them is making at home. I hope you will also try this recipe at home and share your comments/suggestions.
