Carnival Miracle Cruise to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas Mexico
We Celebrated Our 1 Year Anniversary Cruise on Board This Fantastic Ship. You're allowed 1 bottle of 750ml Wine each, and also brought cans of Dole Fruit Juice and preordered a Bottle of Sky Vodka to be delivered first day to our room, so when we arrived we were all ready to party while unpacking. We hit the Buffet & the Mandatory Safety Briefing, then the Lido Deck for the Sail Away Party!
Day 2 We hit the Breakfast Buffet, then the Lido Deck for some sun. At night, we had dinner in the Dining Room. Afterwards we checked out the Show at the Phantom Lounge, Danced at the Red Frog Pub and Laughed Our Butts off at the Mad Hatters Lounge Comedy Show.
Day 3 Our Anniversary! We didn't take lots of pictures today (I wonder why, wink wink) We ate Breakfast, then went up to the Lido Deck for sun. We got dressed up, had dinner and hit the Lido Deck for the Dance Party! 💃
Day 4 We just landed in Puerto Vallarta Mexico! Our first stop is to the convenience store to grab some XX Beer & Ice. Then we laid our towels in front of the Puerto Vallarta Hilton Resort. We had some beers on the beach & played in the surf. We noticed it was getting darker, clouds rolling in with a tropical storm. We didn't want the fun to end so we got some rain gear & headed back out. We hit the nearest market, had a few more beers till the rain let up. We walked to the
#PuertoVallarta Hilton Resort for margaritas. The place is very beautiful with an infinity edge pool. The sunset was breathtaking! The Parrots by the Carnival Port were pretty cool too. We headed back to our
#CarnivalMiracle Cruise Ship and get dressed up for Dinner! A Perfect Day even from Sun to Rain!
Day 5 We Arrived in Mazatlan & the weather was Great. Once we got off the port, we were taken to an outside bazaar which is the
#Mazatlan Cruise Vessel Terminal, then walked the Blue Line. We kept walking all the way to the Beach. We visited The Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Also known as the Mazatlán Cathedral, an Indoor Market from Food to Souveniers called Plaza San Rafael, Senor Frog Store, and even WOOLWORTHS! I Haven't seen a Woolworths in 30 Years! LOL We also visited Carpa Olivera "Alberca de Mar" which is a Public Bath, you see Alex swimming in a couple photos. Be careful, it was very slippery with algae & I fell hard on my butt. We laid out our towels, drank some Corona Beer & got some Mexico Sun! Walking the streets we noticed how the trees & vines have gone through the walls & compromised the structure, some buildings have been closed down because they are unsafe, but perfect for huge Iguanas. Make sure you bring a map, walking shoes and a Fun Time!
Day 6 We're in
#CaboSanLucas Mexico! We walked down to Cannery Beach (Playa Empacadora) & splashed in the warm water. Since it's in a Peninsula, close to the port, the water is calm, perfect to swim. It's clean, in fact you can see dark rock formations in the distance (be careful swimming near there). A few years ago we found out the furthest liquor store in the center had the cheapest beer, each year we get served by the same man, Alex Rivera, tell him Hi. We then headed to Senor Frogs Cantina. After we boarded the ship, we showered, had Vodka and Juice drinks in our room, then hit the comedy show at the Mad Hatters Lounge. They're always funny, we try to hit as many as possible. We had a fancy romantic dinner in the Bacchus Dining Room and rocked out at the 80s Rock and Glow Party! They throw glow sticks, & Carnival T shirt. Leo the Cruise Director was Hilarious and Made the Perfect Richard Simmons!
Day 7 Our Last Sea Day on our Wedding Anniversary Cruise. We had such a great time from beginning to end. We hit the Lido Deck for some Sun and Cocktails. Alex had to have his Favorite Daily Treat - Ice Cream! Afterwards, Alex watched some TV and I headed out on our private balcony for some wine and tanning. Perhaps too much 😜, because...
