I "met" my best friend Paula, 5 years ago online on Twitter. We "met" because of a mutual fangirl obsession in 2009. She is from Sacramento, California but flew from her family vacation in Honolulu, Hawaii to come visit me in Toronto, Canada. This summer I met her for the first time in real life when she came to visit me in Toronto and stay at my place for 2 weeks.
