During this time, three heavyweights: Antonio Rodrigo 'Minotauro' Nogueira, Mirko 'CroCop' Filipovic and Fedor 'The Last Emperor' Emelianenko made up what was known as the 'Holy Trinity' of PRIDEfc's heavyweight division. These men were unstoppable in their heyday, at any one point in time ranked # 1-3 in the world, and remain to this day some of the most durable, accomplished athletes in the history of mankind.
