What is the purpose of a Church, a Messianic Synagogue, a Pastor?
The Church is designed for the Pastor to help the members of this Church receive Baptisms from God: Water, the Holy Spirit, Fire, Angels, Speed of Thought, Energy of the Spirit, and so on, to Infinity, since our God - the Holy Spirit - Infinity! Amen!
That is, a Pastor should be a Teacher for his Church members, just as Jesus Christ was a Teacher for his Disciples who received Baptisms from God.
But to be a Teacher, one must have Baptisms from God himself.
What is happening in today 's Christian Churches ?
To date, there are no Pastors in the world who would have had at least Water Baptism from God, since they do not want to understand that a person receives Water Baptism from God if he stops Lying and Hypocrisy forever, that is, he became a Saint, and therefore mistakenly believe that if the Pastor dipped you in water Then after this rite, you have a Baptism of Water from God.
If you do not have Water Baptism from God, you cannot receive the following Baptisms from God, which follow strictly one after another: Water, the Holy Spirit, Fire, and so on (see above).
Christians confuse Water Baptism with the Jewish Mikvah (see the link in the first comment).
The situation is even worse with the understanding of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, since the Pastor does not understand, and especially ordinary members of Pentecostals, that you have the Baptism of the Holy Spirit from God only if you can speak in Other Languages for hours on end and, at the same time, are Edified and Filled with the Holy Spirit, and most importantly, you are well you understand that you speak in Other Languages, since you only talk about what you are thinking about at this time (my example, from 1997 to today).
The most important thing is that the Pastors of the Pentecostals, and especially the ordinary members of these Churches, do not understand, and why does a person need to speak in Other Languages?
They do not understand that speaking in Other Languages is feeding this person with the Energy of the Holy Spirit, instead of firmly figurative food, if you have the Baptism of Fire from God (my number, from 1997 to today).
That is, the main meaning of speaking in Other Languages is your nutrition with the Energy of the Holy Spirit, instead of eating solidly figurative food (bread, meat, fish, etc.), if you have the Baptism of Fire from God, and if you have the Baptism of Angels from God, then liquid figurative food too (juices, water, etc.)., etc. ).
Today's Pastors do not talk about the Baptism of Fire at all, especially about the Baptism of Angels, the Speed of Thought, the Energy of the Holy Spirit, and so on, because there is no information about it in the Bible, and they themselves do not have Revelations from God, since they do not have the Baptism of the Holy Spirit from God.
What do today's Pastors of Christian Churches do and how are the Services conducted? :
1. Glorification Service, which uplifts the mood, but do not allows God to Baptize people.
2. Sermons where Pastors retell the Bible, but do not allow God to Baptize people.
3. Prayers in ordinary language, for example: English, Russian, Ukrainian and so on, which do not give results, since you need to Pray only in Other Languages, since only Prayer in Other Languages can perform a Miracle and, for example, a person will be Cured of the last stage of Cancer and so on.

Для чего предназначена Церковь, Мессианская Синагога, Пастор ?
Церковь предназначена для того, чтобы Пастор помогал членам этой Церкви получать от Бога Крещения : Водой, Духом Святым, Огнём, Ангелов, Скорость Мысли, Энергия Духа и, так далее, до Бесконечности, так как наш Бог - Дух Святой - Бесконечность ! Аминь !
То есть Пастор должен быть Учителем для своих членов Церкви, как был Учителем Иисус Христос, для своих Учеников, которые получали от Бога Крещения.
Но чтобы быть Учителем, надо самому иметь Крещения от Бога.
Что происходит в сегодняшний Христианских Церквях ?
На сегодняшний день, в мире нет Пасторов, которые имели ли бы от Бога, хотя бы Крещение Водой, так как они не хотят понять, что Крещение Водой человек получает от Бога, если навсегда прекратит Лгать и Лицемерить, то есть стал Святым, и поэтому ошибочно считают, что если Пастор окунул вас в воду, то после этого обряда, вы имеете от Бога Крещение Водой.
Не имея от Бога Крещение Водой, вы не можете получить от Бога следующие Крещения, которые следуют строго друг за другом : Водой, Духом Святым, Огнём и, так далее ( смотри выше ).
Христиане путают Крещение Водой с Еврейской Миквой ( смотрите ссылку в первом комментарии ).
Ещё хуже дело обстоит с пониманием о Крещение Духом Святым, так как Пастора не понимают и, тем более рядовые члены Пятидесятников, что вы имеете от Бога Крещение Духом Святым только тогда, если можете говорить на Иных Языках часами подряд и, при этом, Назидаетесь и Исполняетесь Духом Святым, а самое главное, вы хорошо понимаете то, что говорите на Иных Языках, так как вы говорите только о том, о чём думаете в это время ( мой пример, с 1997 года и, по сегодняшней день ).
Самое главное, что Пастора Пятидесятников и, тем более рядовые члены этих Церквей, не понимают, а зачем человеку нужно говорить на Иных Языках ?
Они не понимают, что говорение на Иных Языках - есть питание этого человека Энергией Духа Святого, вместо твердо образной пищи, если вы имеете от Бога Крещение Огнём ( мой пример, с 1997 года и, по сегодняшней день ).
То есть главный смысл говорения на Иных Языках - ваше питание Энергией Духа Святого, вместо питания твёрдо образной пищей ( хлеб, мясо, рыба и, так далее ), если вы имеете от Бога Крещение Огнём, а если вы имеете от Бога Крещение Ангелов, то и жидко образной пищей тоже ( соки, вода и, так далее ).
О Крещение Огнём, сегодняшние Пастора, вообще не говорят, тем более о Крещение Ангелов, Скорость Мысли, Энергия Духа Святого и, так далее, потому что в Библии об этом нет информации, а сами они не имеют от Бога Откровений, так как не имеют от Бога Крещение Духом Святым.
Чем занимаются сегодняшние Пастора Христианских Церквей и, как проводятся Служения ? :
1. Служение Прославление, которые поднимают настроение, но не дают Богу Крестить людей.
2. Проповеди, где Пастора пересказывают Библию, но не дают Богу Крестить людей.
3. Молитвы на обычном языке, например : Английском, Русском, Украинском и так далее, которые не дают результат, так как Молиться нужно только на Иных Языках, так как только Молитва на Иных Языках может совершить Чудо и, человек, например, Исцелится от последней стадии Рака и, так далее.
Это вкратце.
