St. Valentine’s Day for kids Do you celebrate St. Valentine’s Day on 14th February with Valentine crafts, colouring, puzzles, jokes, cards and poems for kids? Here’s our idea on how to introduce this holiday to your students! Make a Glittery Heart Card with your class to give to those they love. With your glue, draw a heart shape on your card. Younger children might like to draw around a heart template in pencil first, then trace over with glue. We embellished our heart with swirls, you can decorate however you like. Sprinkle all over with glitter. Let dry. What I Like About You Game Give each person a stack of paper and a pencil. Call out the name of one of your family members (or one child in the class) and ask everyone to write that name on the top of the paper. Now write down something you love (or like) about that person. Fold in half, and throw the papers into a hat. Continue until you have written something about everyone. Now pass the hat around and take turns pulling out a paper and reading what is on it out aloud.
