And he said unto Moses, Come up unto the LORD, thou, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel;

and worship ye afar off.
And Moses alone shall come near the LORD: but they shall not come nigh; neither shall the people go up with him.
And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the LORD hath said will we do.
And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel.
And he sent young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the LORD.
And Moses took half of the blood, and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.
And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that the LORD hath said will we do, and be obedient.
And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.
Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel:
And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.
And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.
And Moses rose up, and his minister Joshua: and Moses went up into the mount of God.
And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them.
And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount.
And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.
And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.
And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.
King James, Exodus 24:1-18
И сказал он Моисею: взойди к Господу ты, и Аарон, и Надав, и Авиуд, и семьдесят старейшин Израилевых; и поклонитесь издали.
И один Моисей приблизится к Господу, но они не приблизятся, и народ не пойдет с ним.
И пришел Моисей и пересказал народу все слова Господни и все постановления. И весь народ отвечал в один голос и сказал: все, что сказал Господь, мы исполним.
И записал Моисей все слова Господни, и встал рано поутру, и построил жертвенник под холмом, и двенадцать столбов, по числу двенадцати колен Израилевых.
И послал Он юношей из сынов Израилевых, которые принесли всесожжения и принесли в жертву мирную тельцов Господу.
И взял Моисей половину крови и налил ее в чаши, а половиной крови окропил жертвенник.
И он взял книгу завета и прочитал перед народом. И они сказали: все, что сказал Господь, мы сделаем и будем послушны.
И взял Моисей крови, и окропил ею народ, и сказал: вот кровь завета, который Господь заключил с вами относительно всех этих слов.
Затем поднялись Моисей, Аарон, Надав и Авиуд и семьдесят старейшин Израиля:
И увидели они Бога Израилева, и было под ногами его как бы выложенное из камня сапфира, и как бы само небо во всей его ясности.
И на знатных сынов Израилевых Он не поднял руки своей; и они видели Бога, и ели, и пили.
И сказал Господь Моисею: взойди ко мне на гору и будь там; и Я дам тебе каменные скрижали и закон и заповеди, которые Я написал, чтобы ты мог учить им.
И встал Моисей и служитель его Иисус Навин; и взошел Моисей на гору Божию.
И сказал он старейшинам: подождите нас здесь, пока мы снова не придем к вам; и вот, Аарон и Ор с вами; если у кого есть какие-либо дела, пусть приходит к ним.
И взошел Моисей на гору, и облако покрыло гору.

Король Иаков, Исход 24:1-18
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
King James, Exodus 31:12-28
И сказал Господь Моисею, говоря,
Скажи и ты сынам Израилевым: истинно, субботы Мои соблюдайте, ибо это знамение между Мною и вами в роды ваши, дабы вы знали, что Я Господь, освящающий вас.
Итак, соблюдайте субботу, ибо она священна для вас; всякий, кто осквернит ее, непременно будет предан смерти; ибо всякий, кто будет делать в этот день какую-либо работу, будет истреблен из среды своего народа.
Шесть дней можно работать, а в седьмой - суббота покоя, посвященная Господу; всякий, кто будет делать какую-либо работу в субботний день, непременно будет предан смерти.
А потому сыны Израилевы должны соблюдать субботу, чтобы соблюдать ее в своих поколениях, как вечный завет.
Это знамение между Мной и сынами Израилевыми на веки веков, ибо в шесть дней сотворил Господь небо и землю, а в седьмой день Он почил и подкрепился.
И он дал Моисею, когда тот закончил общение с ним на горе Синай, две скрижали откровения, каменные скрижали, написанные перстом Божьим.
