First step:
You can keep a file called "business ideas" on your phone. You can also carry small pieces of paper and a pen if your phone doesn't have this capability. You must make sure that you write down any business or product idea you have immediately. Do not worry about how crazy or stupid the idea may seem to you, just write it down. This step is crucial because the best ideas often come from your everyday life. You will find the best ideas when you are solving daily problems and having fun. You can't think the idea is impossible or unprofitable. Write it down. You will continue to get ideas throughout your day as long as you keep a focus on starting a business.
Step 2:
A notepad should be kept next to your desk. It is important that the pad remains visible at all times. This is important to help you stay focused on your goal of creating new business opportunities. The top of this notepad should be labeled with business ideas. Write down the business ideas you make on your phone once a week. This notepad is very useful to have on hand to remind you about your goal of creating quality business ideas.
Step 3:
This is the hardest step. Spend one hour every week devoted to this task. This should be done after you have transferred ideas from your phone into your notepad. You will need to look through your notes and make an analysis of them during this hour. Find out what the positive and negative aspects are. Check to see if they can be combined in any way. Also, note any new ideas that might arise. This should not take more than 10 minutes.
Any idea that appears reasonable on your notepad should be transferred to a spiral notebook. This notebook should be called "Business Ideas", and the pages should be numbered 1 through 100, or 1, depending on what number you are trying to reach. Three paragraphs are required for each business idea. The first paragraph should be called "Product", the second "Market", and the third "Value".
• In the paragraph on the product, please give a brief description of the business model and/or product.
• The market paragraph should describe who you are selling the product to. Be more specific than the 18-24-year-old males. You should have something that is similar to what 18-24-year-old male college students do. They go to Oregon to play recreational golf. More details are better.
• You must explain to your customers the benefits of buying this product in the value paragraph. This is a bad business idea if it is difficult to explain because it doesn't have any real value for customers.
The time it takes to fill out the spiral notebook will vary depending on how many entries are available that week. However, each entry should take no more than 8-12 mins. It should not take more than 8-12 minutes to complete the spiral notebook.

After this, you should allow yourself some time (if not that's okay since you have already added many products to your notebook). You can spend the remainder of your time reviewing the ideas in your notebook, revisiting some old ones, and coming up with new ideas for the spiral notebook. After you have completed your business plan, you can go through them all and choose the best ones to write business plans. You won't find all of them attractive, but there will be some that are appealing and that inspire you to get started.
