We are absolutely loving @paradiseroasters Espresso Classico Blend. The Classico is a blend of coffee from Mexico, Colombia and Papua New Guinea that is expertly roasted to a medium roast.
We find this coffee to have a fluffy medium body with taste notes of cranberry (in aroma and cup), followed by a sweet mix of brown sugar, toffee and milk chocolate.
The acidity level of this particular blend is our favorite feature, as it orchestrates all of these flavors and introduces them to the palate in a delightful and soothing way. We highly recommend!
