Ingredients: 1.Large shrimp 120 gr 2.Flounder filet 80 gr. 3.Shallot 30 gr. 4.Garlic 10 gr. 5.Ginger 10 gr. 6.Lemon grass 5 gr. 7.Chilli paste 5 gr. 8.XO sauce 5 gr 9.Water 250 ml 10.Cornstarch 5 gr. 11.Pock-choy 30 gr. 12.Broccoli 20 gr. 13.Shitake Mushroom 20 gr 14.Shilken tofu 30 gr. 15.Leek 10 gr. 16.Coriander 5 ml 17.Grapeseed oil 30 ml Method of Preparation 1.saute shallots and garlic until fragrant then add other seasonings 2.after well mixed Thicken with corn starch and then add the vegetables and mushroom materials with seafood 3.Simmer and then close behind until cooked 4.Arrange on platter and 5. serve immediately.
