We provide enterprise software to the world’s leading media companies, including NBC Universal, the Economist, Condé Nast, Techcrunch, Bloomberg, and Hearst. Our software enables these companies to create customized digital experiences for users, restrict and sell access to content online, and analyze user behavior in order to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue. We are looking for support engineer/CSE for long stay in the USA/Amsterdam. Responsibilities: technical support of platform implementation in new clients’ environments, 2nd line support of current clients integration of our platform into client systems integration code debugging, API call/response testing, test validation creation of customer guides for implementation and testing of the Piano platform communication with clientsQualifications: proficiency in English good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and javaScript (including jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Backbone, and Node) experience in working with API, Ajax, JSON, and XML willingness to promptly acquire new and new technologies Big pluses: experience in software development (ideally PHP/Java/Node development skill), experience in SaaS product implementation, experience as a software support engineer (ideally for a SaaS product)
