United States Provides Additional Non-Lethal Assistance for Ukraine and Imposes New Sanctions on Terrorists and Their Russian Supporters

The United States provides additional non-lethal security assistance for Ukraine, particularly drones, radios, counter-mortar radars, night vision devices and other equipment worth $75 million, as well as 230 Humvees.
Moreover, on March 3, the US Treasury Department imposed additional sanctions on individuals and entities that violate Ukraine’s security, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Meanwhile, Russia keeps on supplying military hardware and personnel to the terrorists in eastern Ukraine.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed continuing Russian presence and strong support for the separatists in eastern Ukraine: "We see the delivery of equipment, forces training so Russia is still in eastern Ukraine and they have over long period provided substantial support for the separatists and therefore we call on Russia to withdraw all its forces from eastern Ukraine and to respect the Minsk Agreement".
