Looking at a piece of art invokes different thoughts, feelings, conclusions in every one of us. Not one person is the same.
It is important to understand what is means to have a true democracy.
Politics are hard to follow, purposely made to confuse. That alone is the best argument against it.
The US and Europe have been pushing for globalization for decades and therefore they have had the privilege to look at international problems from an elevated position. While we as a people are being guided towards globalization by the US and others, we must realize that we are behind on our way of thinking. We are forced to understand less with more information. We need to start thinking in terms of power and what it would mean for us if current leading nations would combine into a global super state. Imagine a world where Russia, the US and China combine powers to become a global super state. Even if it seems unlikely, it does seem to be the goal of globalization to cultivate and consolidate power on a global level. Essentially they already are a global super state
The benefits of having a global perspective(while others drown in chaos) on situations is evident and is a luxury available to only a few nations on this planet.
We are being put in a thought prison and what I mean by that is that you are never being told the whole truth.
How else would a military keep its edge if every new innovation was leaked upon completion? It makes sense for leadership to not tell us all of the truth because of this. It incentivizes leaders to be deceitful and claim it is in name of national security. If all countries pushing for globalization were doing so in true spirit of the people, then they would push for dissolving borders on a global level, uniting armies, economies, cultures. This way you can actually work for what is best for the people, not what is best for your friend’s pockets.
Real power is shifting towards the common people of all nations and globalization is an effort against that.
We as a collective of people from all nations across the globe need to come to terms with the truth that nations with terrible stains in their history can not be our moral leader, and because of that should be barred from leadership positions. You cannot wipe the stains of your own actions by putting up a façade of remorse while still exploiting people on a global level. The United-States is fundamentally hypocritical.
Wealth is unfairly distributed across the entire globe, this problem is not native to some countries, it is native to all countries.
