доброго времени суток ,помогите что делать уменя ноутбук и вот така ошипка windows boot manager

windows has encountered a problen conunicating with a device conekted to your computer.
this error can de caused by unplugging a renovable storage device such as an external usb drive while the device is in use or bi faulty hardware such as a hard drive or cd-rom drive that is failing.
make sure any renovable storage is properli connected and then restart your computer.
if you contsnue to receive this error mesage contact the hardware manufacture
