I have not been on the Internet for a long time, and therefore there were questions, for example, whither and why I disappeared, so I decided to answer them. The fact is that before the presidential elections in Georgia, the first round of which has already taken place on October 28, 2018, the agents of the special services (State Security Service - KGB) of Georgia began to spread false rumors that I allegedly write the scientific and political truth by on the Internet in order to nominate my candidacy for the post of President of the country, that is, with aim the politically of to deceiving the nation, which is what all the official politicians of Georgia are doings, therefore they are constantly happen banishment from the of state governance. Moreover, in order to undermine my authorities, both among citizens of Ossetian origin living in the inner regions of Georgia (about 100,000 people) and among Ossetians of South Ossetia, they falsely stated that I want to restore the territorial integrity of Georgia in the conditions of existence the anti-constitutional system of the criminal state management, which automatically implies the existence of total systemic lawlessness and the legalization in it of infringement of the constitutional rights of Ossetians and other peoples of Georgia, including ethnic of Georgian, on the part by of the criminal red political mafia, which deals with various forms of fascism and is still in the state power of the country. That is why I left the Internet before graduation the presidential elections in Georgia, so that everyone could see the deceit and fraud of agents of the State Security Service of Georgia. This was important also because the agents of the State Security Service of Georgia who were in the KGB of the South Ossetia Republic in the beginning of 2001 about me was spread of 100% false information in South Ossetia not confirmed by my practical actions, ideas or other realities. In connection with the above, I must declare that everything that I write on the Internet is 100% objective truth and reality of law, what I proving by arguments and evidence in publications and I can all this easily prove at any level. And all this is my to law conviction, and not some political game in the interests of some small criminal political grouping of the KGB. Moreover, I did not take part in the election campaign for the benefit of any from candidate because none of them has a constitutional mindset, what a priori implies their illegal criminal activities as President of Georgia. As is known, all previous and present Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers and Parliamentarians of Georgia were famous and are famous for just such anti-constitutional activities.
Regarding process the holding of the Georgian Presidential elections in 2018, then, as I already wrote, Bidzina Ivanishvili returned to politics at the beginning of this year only because of the fear, that he will lose to Mikhail Saakashvili and his henchmen in this election. During the election campaign, Bidzina Ivanishvili managed to condemn Mikhail Saakashvili through the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia and in this way neutralize the possibility of his participation in the Presidential and other elections in the country. After that, the political danger for Bidzina Ivanishvili passed, from his own short-sighted point of view, so he did not nominate the candidate for the post of President from his party, but supported Salome Zurabishvili, who is the carrier of unconstitutional and unjust of the Menshevik ideas of Georgia’s communists, under state authority from 1918 to 1921. Mrs. Salome Zurabishvili was supported by the Georgian people only as long as he thought what she was the bearer of European democratic ideas and values. But as soon as she showed her real revanchist essence and desire to drive the Georgian nation into the monarchical medieval imparity, lawlessness and enslavement, the people of Georgia stopped supporting her. That is why she, in the role of a puppet, very well suited to the desired post of President of the country, that is for the realization of the subjective tangible private interests of Bidzina Ivanishvili and the Georgian Dream party. But she is not suitable for to protect and implement the interests of the Georgian nation, for the protection of the constitutional rights of the Georgian voter, especially since she is associated with the Mensheviks, who are a symbol of fascism and the division of the Georgian nation along ethnic lines. By the way, it is possible that Adolf Hitler borrowed his socialist fascism from the ethnic Mensheviks of Georgia. I said earlier that Salome Zurabishvili lost all perspectives in the real politics of the country, and this to so happened, because the puppet is a meaningless political figure without a future, it is not supported by the people. Therefore, in the elections, she received only 38.64% of the votes from the meager number of voters who came to the polls. In other words, she received equal votes with the representative of the National Party Grigol Vashadze, who associated with Mikhail Saakashvili and received 37.74% of the voter’s votes, because promised the people to increase theirs pensions to 400 lari ($ 147,289). But in the general account she lost to the opposition parties, which in the second round of elections unite with Grigol Vashadze. Bidzina Ivanishvili and members of his party’s political council still doesn't understand that deception, direct robbing of the people through the Prosecutor's Office and other state structures, as well as the approved systemic corrupt lawlessness in the country by boomerang negatively return to every political power, and are expelling them with a filthy broom forth the government, from the state governance. Thus, there will be a second round of elections and if Grigol Vashadze wins (and this will be so, if there will is no falsification, since the total number of votes of Grigol Vashadze, David Bakrazde (10.98%) and the Republican Party exceeds the number of votes received by Salome Zurabishvili), naturally he will hold amnesties, rehabilitates of Mikhail Saakashvili, which will return to political activities in Georgia and take part in the next Parliamentary elections. As a result this, he will ensure the victory of the “united national movement” in the elections. Bidzina Ivanishvili does not understand that only he and the members of his party are afraid of Mikhail Saakashvili, but not the people. For the nations, it does not matter who violates his rights, who illegitimately to rob his of their property and money, - Bidzina Ivanishvili, Mikhail Saakashvili or someone else. Therefore, if Mikhail Saakashvili already promises the people to improve himself, become an exemplary citizen, no longer infringe upon the civil rights of the voter, but to protect them and realize the legitimate interests of the citizens of the country, - the voter can will again bring him to power and this is logical, especially since he can no longer discriminate against the civil rights of Ossetians living in South Ossetia. At the same time, on October 30, 2018, representatives of the "Georgian Dream" Party, the representatives President Georgi Margvelashvili and most the representatives non-governmental organizations unanimously was declare by Central Television of Georgia that if Grigol Vashadze wins the second round of the elections, he will amnesty the criminals of the brothers Akhalaya, Vano Merabishvili, Megis Kardava and others, who are known as malicious violators of constitutional rights of citizens of the country, and he will return them in political power to of the country. In other words, they recognize that the existing unconstitutional system of non-legal state administration gives the free opportunity to all sorts of criminals to come into political power. In this case, the question arises, why they so persistently do not want to change this criminal system of governance to the constitutional system of legal state administration? Do they seriously believe that the crimes that they themselves commit in this non-legal system, while being in government positions, are not such crime? In this case, they are inadequate. Parallel to this, one should also not forget that even 50% of the number from of voters did not appear at the Presidential election. And even those who came to the polls, although they no longer believe in the still existing communist system of the country's illegal governance, just do not know how to act otherwise. But this is a temporary phenomenon. I emphasize that if Georgia does not establish the Constitutional system of legal state administration, as it is in some European countries, which guarantees the rule of law and the protection of the constitutional rights of citizens, then nothing good and stable will come of it. The National Movement and other parties that supported Grigol Vashadze in these elections also supported the demands of the mass protests of Zaza Saralidze to change the anti-constitutional system of the non-legal administration of Georgia, therefore we will wait from them to fulfill their promises. By the way, the other day I was very surprised by the false statement of the adviser to the US President on National Security John Bolton, who said allegedly the level of corruption in Georgia and the USA are at the same level, while in Georgia corruption is a not legal centralized system in state governance and it is one from the covert illegal incomes of the country's politicians, and in the USA corruption is only sporadic. The question arises, why representatives of the United States are deceiving us - the Georgian nation, which cannot be deceived, since it sees in the daily mode everything that happens in the country? Indeed! Is it really because the politicians of Georgia do not obey them in everything, but the Americans do not want to admit it?!
PS Dear ladies and gentlemen, friends asked me to comment on the new rules on Facebook from the point of view of constitutional and international law, so as soon as I have time, I will familiarize myself with these rules and present you an objective legal opinion by on these rules, including taking into account norms of the US Constitution. Приветствую вас, дорогие друзья! Меня долго не было в Интернете, в связи с чем возникли вопросы, мол, куда и почему я исчез, поэтому я решил ответить на них. Дело в том, что перед Президентскими выборами в Грузии, первый тур которых уже состоялся 28 октября 2018 года, агенты спецслужб (Службы государственной безопасности - КГБ) Грузии начали распространять лживые слухи о том, якобы я пишу в интернете научную и политическую правду с целью выдвижения своей кандидатуры на должность Президента страны, то есть с целью политического обмана нации, чем и занимаются все официальные политики Грузии, из-за чего их перманентно гонят поганой метлой из власти. Более того, они, чтобы подорвать мой авторитет, как среди граждан осетинского происхождения проживающих во внутренних регионах Грузии (это около 100 000 человек), так и среди осетин Южной Осетии, лживо заявили, якобы я собираюсь восстанавливать территориальную целостность Грузии в условиях существования антиконституционной системы криминального государственного управления, что автоматически подразумевает существование тотального системного беззакония и узаконивание в ней ущемление конституционных прав осетин и других народов Грузии, в том числе и этнических грузин, со стороны преступно фашиствующей политической красной мафии, до сих пор авторитарно находящейся в политической власти страны. Именно поэтому я и ушёл из Интернета до проведения Президентских выборов в Грузии, чтобы все увидели лживость и мошенничество агентов Службы государственной безопасности Грузии. Это было важно и потому, что агенты СГБ Грузии находящиеся в КГБ РЮО ещё в начале 2001 года распространяли обо мне 100% лживые служи в Южной Осетии, не подтверждённые фактическими моими реальными действиями, замыслами или другими реальностями. В связи с изложенным, я должен заявить, что всё, что я пишу в Интернете, это 100% объективная законная правда и реальность, что я аргументировано доказываю в публикациях и легко могу доказать на любом уровне. И всё это является моим законным убеждением, а не какой-то политической игрой в интересах какой-то маленькой преступной политической группировки КГБ. Более того, я не принимал участие в этой предвыборной избирательной кампании в пользу какого-то кандидата потому, что ни один из них, повторяю, ни один, не обладает конституционным мышлением, что априори подразумевает их незаконную криминальную деятельность на должности Президента Грузии. Как известно, все предыдущие и нынешние Президенты, Премьер-министры, Министры и Парламентарии Грузии славились и славятся именно такой антиконституционной деятельностью.
Что касается проведения самих Президентских выборов Грузии в 2018 году, то, как я уже писал, Бидзина Иванишвили вернулся в политику в начале этого года только из-за страха проиграть на этих выборах Михаилу Саакашвили или его ставленникам. В процессе предвыборной кампании Бидзина Иванишвили сумел осудить Михаила Саакашвили посредством Суда и Прокуратуры Грузии и таким путём нейтрализовать возможность его участия в Президентских и иных выборах в стране. После этого политическая опасность для Бидзины Иванишвили миновала, с недальновидной его собственной точки зрения, поэтому он уже не выдвинул кандидатуру на должность Президента из своей партии, а поддержал Саломе Зурабишвили, которая является носителем антиконституционных и несправедливых меньшевистских идей коммунистов Грузии находящихся во власти с 1918 по 1921 годы. Госпожу Саломе Зурабишвили поддерживал грузинский народ только до тех пор пока он думал, что она является носителем Европейских демократических идей и ценностей. Но как только она показала свою реальную реваншистскую сущность и желание вогнать грузинскую нацию в монархическое средневековое неравенство, бесправие и порабощение, народы Грузии перестали её поддерживать. Именно поэтому она, в роли марионетки, весьма кстати подошла на возможную должность Президента страны, для реализации субъективных материальных частных интересов Бидзины Иванишвили и партии «Грузинская мечта». Но она не подходит для защиты и реализации интересов грузинкой нации, для защиты конституционных прав грузинского избирателя, тем более, что она ассоциируется с меньшевиками, которые являются символом фашизма и разделения грузинской нации по этническому признаку. Кстати, не исключено, что Адольф Гитлер свой социалистический фашизм заимствовал именно у этнических меньшевиков Грузии. Я ранее говорил, что Саломе Зурабишвили потеряла все перспективы в реальной политике страны, так и случилось, так как марионетка - это ничего не значащая политическая фигура без будущего, её не поддерживает народ. Поэтому на выборах она получила всего лишь 38,64% голосов от мизерного количества явившегося на избирательные участки избирателя. Иначе говоря, она получила равные голоса с националом Григолом Вашадзе, который получил 37,74% голосов избирателя, который ассоциируется с Михаилом Саакашвили и который обещал народу повысить пенсии до 400 лари (147,289$). Но она в общем счёте проиграла оппозиционным партиям, которые во втором туре объединяются с Григолом Вашадзе. Бидзина Иванишвили и члены политического совета его партии до сих пор не поняли, что обман, прямое обворовывание народа посредством Прокуратуры и иных государственных структур, а также утверждённое системное коррумпированное беззаконие в стране бумерангом и негативно возвращаются к любой политической власти, выгоняя их поганой метлой из государственного управления. Таким образом будет второй тур выборов и в случае победы Григола Вашадзе (а это так и будет, если не будет фальсификации, так как общее количество голосов Григола Вашадзе, Давида Бакрадзе (10,98%) и партии «Республиканцев» превышают количество полученных голосов Саломе Зурабишвили), он, естественно, амнистирует и реабилитирует Михаила Саакашвили и тот вернётся в Грузии к политической деятельности и примет участие в очередных Парламентских выборах. В результате этого он обеспечит на выборах победу «единому национальному движению». Бидзина Иванишвили не понимает, что Михаила Саакашвили боится он и члены его партии, но не народ. Для народа не имеет значения, кто нарушает его права, кто обворовывает его собственность и деньги, Бидзина Иванишвили, Михаил Саакашвили или кто-то другой. Поэтому, если Михаил Саакашвили обещает народу исправится, больше не ущемлять гражданских прав избирателя, а защищать их, и реализовать законные интересы граждан страны, то избиратель вновь приведёт его во власть и это логично, тем более, что он уже не может заниматься дискриминацией гражданских прав осетин живущих в Южной Осетии. При этом, 30 октября 2018 года представители партии «Грузинская мечта», Президента страны Георгия Маргвелашвили и большинство неправительственных организаций единогласно голосили по Центральному телевидению Грузии, что если во втором туре выборов победит Григол Вашадзе, то он амнистирует преступников братьев Ахалая, Вано Мерабишвили, Мегис Кардава и других, которые известны нарушением конституционных прав граждан страны, и вернёт их политическую власть страны. Иначе говоря, они признают, что существующая антиконституционная система не правового государственного управления даёт свободную возможность разного рода преступникам приходить в политическую власть. В таком случае возникает вопрос, почему они так упорно не хотят изменить эту криминальную систему управления на конституционную систему правового государственного управления? Они, что, всерьёз полагают, что преступления которые они сами совершают в этой не правовой системе, находясь на государственных должностях, не являются таковыми? В таком случае они неадекватны. Параллельно этому, нужно также не забывать, что на Президентские выборы не явилось даже 50% от количество избирателей. А те, которые пришли на выборы, хотя тоже уже не верят всё ещё существующей коммунистической системе неправового управления страны, просто пока не знают, как им действовать иначе. Но это временное явление. Я подчёркиваю, если в Грузии не установится Конституционная системы правового государственного управления, как это в некоторых Европейских странах, в которой гарантировалась бы верховенство закона и защита конституционных прав граждан страны, то ничего хорошего и стабильного из этого не выйдет. «Национальное движение» и другие партии, которые поддержали Григола Вашадзе на этих выборах, поддерживали также и требования массовых протестов Зазы Саралидзе об изменении антиконституционной системы не правового управления Грузии, поэтому будем ждать исполнения ими своих обещаний. Кстати, на днях меня очень удивило ложное заявление советника президента США по национальной безопасности Джона Болтона, якобы уровень коррупции в Грузии и США находятся на одном и том же уровне, в то время как в Грузии коррупция имеет не правовой централизованный системный характер и она является одной из негласных незаконных доходов политиков страны, а в США коррупция имеет только эпизодический характер. Возникает вопрос, почему представители США обманывают нас - грузинскую нацию, которую невозможно обмануть, так как она в ежедневном режиме видит всё, что происходит в стране? Неужели только потому, что политики Грузии не во всём подчиняются им, но американцы не хотят признавать этого?!

Уважаемые дамы и господа, друзья попросили прокомментировать меня новые правила на сайте Facebook, с точки зрения конституционного и международного права, поэтому как только у меня будет время я ознакомлюсь с этими правила и изложу объективное юридическое мнение относительно этих правил, в том числе с учётом норм Конституции США.
