The regional Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with our major advertising clients and agencies to develop digital solutions that help our clients build their businesses and brands. We are in a unique and exciting position to shape how marketing and business are conducted in the digital age. We help our customers connect with their audiences so they get the most out of the web.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the clients' biggest brands in making them successful by leveraging the best of Google. Develop the vision and strategy that will fully unlock the potential in the Branding sector.
- Establish, build and extend strong relations with leading international companies on a C-level and build sustainable relationships with our existing clients and their agencies.
- Develop scalable and leading edge solutions for clients and agencies in order to optimize their advertising investment and maximize use of Google products (Search, Video, Display, Mobile etc).
- Lead global growth initiatives and large internal projects (business development, organization and process sales effectiveness improvement).
- Provide leadership, inspiration and motivation to a growing team, including setting clear and prioritized goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Must speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven record of Brand Building, Marketing, Brand Communication Planning experience.
- Experience in consultative sales and ability to persuade and influence at board-level management.
- Deep understanding of Core Brand Communication Objectives and Communication Strategies.
- Understanding of Core Media KPI and Russian media market dynamics will be a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
