Mid-Career Recruitment:
- Recruitment for specialists and managerial positions (including senior management) through different resources (conducting interviews, preparing after-interview reports, writing rejection letters);
- Coordinate activities with media and external providers (vacancies placements);
- Open-job posting;
Provide necessary administrative support (resume database keeping & screening, contracts follow-up );
- Work closely with Hiring Manager, Expertise Team and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates.
- Communicate Unilever Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates in order to attract and convert talent.
- Strategic sourcing (direct search and talent mapping) in order to build relationships with targeted audience of professionals in the market.
- Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request
- Full responsibility for managing Time-to-offer metrics in respective functions, along with other recruiters supporting Supply Chain
- Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager.
- Provide feedback & comments from market to learning & development colleagues in order to develop/design recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy.
- Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels (including, but not limited to, 3rd party agencies, social networking sites, career tool, internal posting, referral systems, external job boards, etc).
- Responsible for briefing and management of recruitment agencies
Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate.
- Leading projects for Supply Chain function (R&D, Procurement, Engineering etc.) focused on improvements in operational effectiveness, Employer Brand and etc.
Graduate recruitment:
- Graduates selection for management trainee program
- Selection for internship program
- Ambassadors selection
Requirements:
- High education
- English - upper – intermediate
- Experience in Supply Chain recruitment is desirable
- over 3 years in recruitment
