Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Implement the Managed Services strategy and drive revenue through pursuits and initiatives that will support Russian Language Markets market priorities
• Participate in the development and execution of the Managed Services implementation plan in Russian Language Markets
• Deliver against the country plan for Russian Language Markets; work closely with local CBLs to support identified objectives
• Develop sales materials to support Russian Language Markets sales teams
• Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by MasterCard Advisors account cluster leads, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals
• Support the Managed Services Europe lead in establishing Managed Services in Europe
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Expand Managed Services revenue by sizing direct marketing opportunities and leading the delivery of these engagements either personally or with the support of internal and external resources as appropriate. Contract with third party agencies and directly manage the performance of these agencies in delivery engagements as needed. Channel focus will be established through the Managed Services implementation plan.
• Develop and analyze key financial and performance metrics to monitor engagement and agency performance
• Partner with Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) to on-board and assess third party agency performance and pricing on an ongoing basis
• Support the development of custom and packaged offerings in across the lifecycle, particularly digital and direct mail to build Managed Services scale within Russian Language Markets and the region
• Proactively manage the Russian Language Markets sales pipeline within salesforce.com • Extract and apply best practices across the Europe and globally
Languages:
• Fluent in Russian and English required
• Additional languages a plus
