G. 4.34 to learn the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire him submissively and him. A self-realized soul can impart knowledge unto you because they have seen the truth.
REVIEW: the Path to spiritual realization, without a doubt, very difficult. The Lord therefore advises us to find a bona fide spiritual master belongs to a chain of mentors, which originates from the Lord Himself. Someone who does not belong to the chain, cannot be considered bona fide spiritual master. The original spiritual master is the Lord Himself, and the person who received this knowledge by disciplic succession, is able to convey to his disciple the Lord's words in undistorted form. The nature of the spirit you cannot comprehend, inventing their own method, as do ignorant charlatans. In the bhāgavatam (6.3.19) says, Dharmam Tu dharitvena Bhagavad-pranitam. The path of religion tells the people the Lord Himself. Therefore philosophical arguments and senseless disputations will not lead to the right path. It is impossible to achieve spiritual perfection through self-study of the sacred books. To gain knowledge, one must find a bona fide spiritual master. The student shall unquestioningly carry out all the instructions of the spiritual master and, having rejected the pride, to serve him, not disdaining even menial work. The secret of success in spiritual life lies in the ability to meet self-realized bona fide spiritual master. Curiosity and humility are two qualities equally necessary in order to understand the spiritual science. Until we become obedient servants of a bona fide spiritual master, our questions to him will not bring the desired result. All must pass the test by the spiritual master, and when the teacher will be convinced of the sincerity of the disciple, he will immediately bless him and reveal to him the true spiritual knowledge. In this verse the Lord rejects as blindly following the teacher, and turning to him with meaningless questions. It is necessary not just to listen humbly to the spiritual master, but as his obedient servant and asking him questions, to get a clear idea of spiritual science. The true spiritual master is always kind to the student, so if a student is obedient and willingly serves the master, he will receive from him answers to all the questions and will be able to attain perfect knowledge.
