Dear Honorable supplier,
You are kindly requested to send your best quotations regarding delivering coal with the following attached specs and kindly take in consideration the below points:
1- Required quantities = 50000 Tons.
2-please mention the Lead Time for delivery
3-Port of Discharge( Either AIN Sokhna or Dekhila) However Sokhna Port is preferred).
4-Prices should be submitted in both CIF and DDP
5-Material Technical Data Sheets are required
6-The Total quantity :will be determined at Buyer scale and results will be final and binding for both Parties as the contract is DDP base and buyer should submit a certificate of calibration not older than 1 year BL quantity to be applied for invoicing purposes.
7-Rate of Delivery: A Rate Of 1500 Tons/day is the minimum acceptable delivery rate (DDP Base) in case of Dekhila port and 4000 Tons / Day in case of Sokhna port.
8-Quality Determination:
· We request Certified third party (approved by the buyer) for sampling and analysis during loading, a representative sample had to be send with the shipment(cost will be beard by the seller)
· Another sample will be performed by an agreed third part at the unloading port (cost will be beard by buyer) and the result will be final and binding.
· Buyer must advise Seller if he considers that quality is not in accordance with the specifications , Such notice must be in writing, given not later than 1.5 Months after delivery of all coal is complete.
