Ever since I was little we had an annual cookie day. It is so crazy that I bring my kids now and my sisters bring theirs. Cookie day at my mom’s is a little claustrophobic, loud, full of laughter, lots of tears and flour and sprinkles everywhere. I love it. Jax wasn’t really into it, he’d rather be outside. And Case just wanted to eat the dough. I usually take four hours to make some elaborate cookie, but I was having too much fun observing. Of course we attempted a group photo of the little ones…it was the first time since Avery, my niece was born that all eight were together. The outtakes are my fave!The next morning there was still snow on the ground so my step-sister and I took the oldest ones sledding. It was a blast! I got some good photos…framers for sure!
