For filing a police claim or report, we'd highly suggest for you to process it directly with the police. Good thing you save the contact and message as it'll be used as proof.
Second, what we can do here is report this message to our Spam and our team will review into this to avoid any unfamiliar and harassment messages.

Once you dial the short codes, it'll only show up that you've activated the Scam ID.
Kindly turn on scam ID first before Scam block. Dial #664, then, dial #662#
