I really enjoy living in this community. The location is amazing, and I love my unit… Walking within the community is really nice as well. It’s surprisingly quiet considering downtown is right outside the gates.
Great, friendly customer service – all of the staff members are really great. Maintenance is also very quick and hassle-free. They also hire part-time private security. Pools and facilities are well-maintained.
I moved into this place in mid-January and love it. It’s in Deep Ellum, which is in my opinion the coolest neighborhood in DFW. There are multiple blocks of amazing restaurants and cool bars to explore, as well as multiple venues for whatever kind of music you’re into, all within stumbling distance. It’s probably the main reason I moved here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the neighborhood. The staff is always helpful as well. Whenever I had questions pertaining to my lease, they were friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner. My A/C quit working one weekend and I made a maintenance request to get it fixed. The guy came over in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday night and had it fixed within an hour. The staff definitely accommodates to the tenant’s needs. They also have a free coffee machine in the leasing office that dispenses just about every caffeinated beverage under the sun. The complex itself is really nice. It has a sizable pool, and a gym that isn’t too small, which is difficult to find in this city.
