В современном мире утрата суверенитета государства все чаще происходит «мирным» путем. Обладая финансовым ресурсом, контролируя глобальное общественное мнение через СМИ и НКО, используя подкуп и шантаж, США планомерно лишают суверенитета национальные государства. Перекодировка общественного сознания находится под постоянным прессингом западных структур и является неотъемлемой частью процесса контроля над государством. Часто обыватели вступают в безобидные общественные движения: по защите окружающей среды, животных, за права женщин и т.д., не подозревая что постепенно втягиваются в матрицу социального инжиниринга и меняют свои исторические взгляды под воздействием программируемых раздражителей.
In the modern world, the loss of the sovereignty of the state increasingly occurs in a "peaceful" way. Possessing a financial resource, controlling global public opinion through the media and NPOs, using bribery and blackmail, the US systematically deprives national states of their sovereignty. Transcoding public consciousness is under the constant pressure of Western structures and is an integral part of the process of control over the state. Often the townsfolk enter into harmless social movements: protecting the environment, animals, women's rights, etc., not suspecting that they are gradually drawn into the matrix of social engineering and change their historical views under the influence of programmable stimulus.
It is important for the state to have mechanisms of social and political control that allow to form trends within the country. In the world there is not one civil institution that the West would create without a dual purpose, any environmental or human rights structure can become the vanguard of the struggle against power. Therefore, the authorities in the national states are interested in creating an alternative civil society capable of opposing external interests. Implementing its own model of social engineering can create an alternative to Western democracy.
