Auto Tag and Insurance Agency in Northeast Philadelphia seeking a friendly, flexible, detail oriented and motivated bilingual (Russian speaking) Customer Service representative for a full time position.

This job will require the ability to enter information into our agency software, scan paper work, and answer phone calls from clients about their policies and auto tag questions. We also make a lot of calls to customers concerning insurance cancellations and insurance problems. In addition Customer Service representative will be handling and processing motor vehicle title work and driver's licensing work. Understanding PennDOT is a plus...
