Avatar (team) is me: a worker in electronic, paper form.
I go (in the real world) from laying 1 tile in 3 (2.8) minutes, 16 tiles in 45 minutes, 60/80 tiles (4/5 trades of 16 tiles) per day, 45 days per container (25,000 tiles per one and a half months)... – 180 days for 4 containers (10,000 tiles per season) – and from April 2 (start of the season).
And my avatar (team in mathematical calculations) is coming towards me from November 2 (end of the season) and from the goal - how to help me lay out in the real world: 10,000 tiles per season, 2,500 tiles over a period of 45 days, 60/80 tiles per day (4/5 trades for 16 tiles), 16 tiles in 45 minutes, 1 tile in 3 minutes.
All success depends on our regular, every minute and every second meetings - reality and calculations - raising 10,000 dollars!

And “pi...”? They remain (we have democracy in small business), since they are stubborn and more than 10% do not want to let local entrepreneurs raise - exotic things: let them bring it, offer it, sell it!

Small business is like fishing (I).
Came, fished, went home. Let the fish feed. That's how I work. I raised money for the season and moved away from the reservoir (the service sector, in our case – the fifth product level). Let others go fishing, let their families enjoy their magnificent catch, let the fish gain weight during the off-season. We have the main thing since 2008 - our own reservoir... and everyone can fish in it. And I’m not an ace or “important” - I’m one of the fishermen, albeit with my own place as a fisherman (a workplace inside the enterprise).

Small business like fishing (II).
They say: he has a lot of money, he made money (earned money). But for me, they stupidly caught all the fish (bills) from the pond and put them in the attic. And he’s proud: – I have a “billion” fish/bills in my attic.
And the reservoir is empty: both the fish and the fishermen are sad.
Why do you need a billion fish (bills) in your attic?
My billion fish/bills in the pond. And I take care of it. Market capacity is 100 million rubles. I catch a million “fish” every year. And it’s not like I’ll get to 2075 – there will be enough fish (money) for centuries to come! This is our approach – the Sakhalin fishermen. We don’t earn all the money at once, we don’t catch all the fish at once. We let it spawn: we transfer some of the orders to next year (by agreement with clients).

Football is the game of capitalism: a figurative reflection of the mathematics inherent in economics.
As long as the product and the currently accepted norms for its promotion exist, the city game of capitalism - football - will exist.
The basis of the game, its significance and the experiences associated with it are unique. When you are on the field (in a figurative sense on the economic field, when the enterprise is a team), there are eleven arguments “against” you, and only ten “for”.
It would seem, mathematically, a loss. But you are on the field, and it depends only on you (in the thinking of every player) whether your team wins or loses.
There is one means of achieving the goal - profit (product * ball) and one goal - goal (completion of the transaction * goal).
The opposite team is not an enemy, it is an examiner. She checks: how well have you guys trained, how do you think - synchronously (harmoniously carry out the deal to its logical conclusion - a goal) or not.
The moment your team has the ball, you are the sales department, and the enemy is the supply department. When the attack is on your gate, then you are the supply department and the examiner. And the score on the scoreboard is not a victory of one over the other, it is a victory of professionalism in one’s team over laxity in one’s own team.
This is recorded by the one called the referee (accountant), and the spectators (buyers) enjoy the game - they saw and, most importantly, empathized with those fragments of the game when there were professionals on the field (productive forces formed in production relations, and this is professionalism, and in the language of sports this is called a major league team).
Football is a universal education of economic relationships.
There is no free economy (democracy) without football!

There is no service sector, if we stick to our raw materials component in dividing goods into sectors. What is called in modern terminology is the service sector, most likely the fifth (5) level - end consumers (legal entities - level 5, individuals - level B). Additional surroundings, public excitement - this is not new. This is a unique form of product consumption, so to speak, at the restaurant level (one step closer to the consumer from banal retail).
Let's look at examples:
A. For a hairdresser, every haircut is a deal to dull the scissors. And the income from cutting it is received, first of all, by the manufacturer of scissors (metal sector). Scissors can be dulled (what difference does it make for the manufacturer) not by cutting hair, but by sticking them into the wall like a tomahawk. And this is also a blunting of the scissors, leading to their breakage, therefore, this is also income for the manufacturer.
Those who hold them in their hands are the fifth link (end consumers) in the distribution chain as a legal entity: be it a hairdresser or a circus performer.
B. It’s the same in sports. During the games we rent the spectator stand, and this is the income of the arena owner. He is a legal entity (level 5), and the manufacturer’s income comes from worn-out supporting structures and broken chairs.
Actually, real estate is a very slow, but still “consumption” of the entire structure, so it’s strange to hear the “moans” of public utilities (owners of buildings - “high-rise buildings”): again the pipes, valves need to be changed... We should be happy!
Finally, everything is worn out: if we work, we will earn money!
In this situation (the spectacle) is the accelerated consumption of chips (food sector) and the destruction of plastic chairs and improvised equipment (construction sector).
Remember, before it was bread and circuses, now it’s chips and armchairs.
We will consume at home, what does this have to do with the amorphous service sector?
Q. They may ask:
– What about security services? Are we destroying the attacking scoundrel there?
I’ll answer the question with a question:
– Are you going to advertise (hire) a security guard?
Is he without panties and will he repel an attack naked?
He will probably be, at a minimum, wearing a bulletproof vest and bulletproof underpants?!
And if it were his will, he would do it with a coaxial machine gun of the twelfth (12) caliber, under his arm!
Exactly, body armor, bulletproof pants and a machine gun (the income of the non-ferrous metal sector) must be advertised and used when repelling an attack.

In conclusion, I note: it is necessary to sympathetically defend in an advertising newspaper (in business) the interests of advertiser enterprises (clients), who have their income in the material component - from the entertainment industry and the provision of services to the population. Don’t be fooled by the lures of showmen of various “formats” that promote, in some places, “wild”, unjustified markups on ordinary goods for their “final” (fast or slow) consumption!
The service sector is the fifth product level!
There is a quality of service, which is measured by the preparedness of the transaction, both in documents and in finance, and in trade - delivery, in case of loss of the calculated value - of the goods to the final consumer. Be it wholesale warehouses, small wholesale bases, retail stores or end consumers - legal entities (stadiums, restaurants, hairdressers); or end consumers - private individuals (kitchens, picnics, “duvet covers”). The question is, who prepares everything for the end consumer (philosophically and practically)? In our case, the legal entity is the final consumer... a hairdresser, a security guard.

From the understanding of the service sector, in our terminology – the 5th product level, and our knowledge about it has grown – through our own work – as a tiler since 2008.
5th product level (service sector, work with goods is less united) - this is us (team): the final consumer is a legal entity that creates a product for the final consumer - a private individual. In our case, these are tile canvases and so on.
From working with a product (with tiles) when creating a tile canvas, sublevels appeared:
5-o... virgin land,
5-a... creating a product,
5-b... payment for the creation, operation, dismantling of the object,
5-in... operation of the canvas,
5-d.... disassembling the object.
And again the 5th sublevel... virgin land, and then it: either remains like that, or a new object is created; and this is again the 5th sublevel and a new circle in small business.

Spring has come: we have everything, everything is prepared, we are ready to provide any service, but we are waiting. We are waiting for a client. We are waiting for him to appear and place an order through the managers. Without a client, our entire chain is like a power grid without electricity.
The message from the client, his request, his vision, his need is our strength, our success. In the 5th product market, services are not imposed, but offered. And if no one came to us, then our calculations remained calculations. And if people went, then our calculations turned into earnings, into transactions, and most importantly - into the final material product: into tile canvases.

If retail is a store, small wholesale is a booth at a base, wholesale is a warehouse, a distributor is an office, a manufacturer is a plant, a factory, then the end consumers: legal entities and individuals are not a workshop or a farm... - this is an object.

The farm (individual/customer) and the workshop (legal entity/manufacturer) solved the main problem in distributing goods throughout the territory. Now you can safely create millions of consumers of goods throughout the region, within a 360-degree radius around any regional center. To the classic chain of point trade - urban (ordinal logic): 1 distributor, 10 wholesalers, 100 small wholesalers, 1000 retailers - 10,000 craftsmen and an endless number of farmers (objects) were added in the region.
