7) Prepare a cup of boiling water
8) Add slaked baking soda, a cup of boiling water and vegetable oil to the dough, mix everything well
9) Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes (at room temperature)
10) Stir the dough before baking crepes
11) Grease a well-heated frying pan (with a thick bottom) with a small amount of vegetable oil
12) Pour the dough into the frying pan in a thin layer, evenly distributing it over the entire surface
13) Bake crepes for 10-30 sec. on each side (on medium / maximum heat) 14) As soon as the edges of the crepes become golden, carefully go along the edge and turn it over to the other side
15) Crepes are ready - delicious, as in childhood!
