Contracts Manager

Our client, global leader in supply of temporary power and temperature control, is looking for Contracts Manager.
Position will be based in Moscow or Tyumen, candidates from both cities are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Review, propose revisions and draft documents: power purchase/equipment rent/supply chain and client contracts, etc.
Provide “on the ground” commercial and legal support to the company’s projects, including negotiating and finalizing any ongoing disputes with the customers.
Manage each project account: liaising with the regional finance teams and responsible for collecting outstanding debt from the customer thought legal actions.
Develop and deliver contractual awareness training across the regional team.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
3-5 years experience in contract management.
Background in project/commercial management, legal background is a strong plus.
Good contract review/drafting experience.
Strong commercial acumen.
Able to work under pressure across multiple projects and manage time effectively.
Drive for results, relationship-building approach.
Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
