Responsibilities:
- Ensure technically sound and on time delivery of customer Front-End Engineering Design, Subsurface Injection Feasibility, Model Alignment and PowerFEED 3D Geomechanical Studies for CRI projects.
- Well Logging Interpretation of Geomechanical Parameters and CRI Geomechanical Model Construction / Calibration.
- Geomechanics Assessment, Complex Fracture Mechanics Modeling, Subsurface Injection Design and Evaluation and Rock Mechanics.
- Pressure Decline Analysis Interpretation, Fracture Diagnostics and Re-Modeling, Pressure Match and Stress Profile Calibration.
- Fluid Loss Mechanism, Fluid Loss Modeling, Fluid Rheology and Impact on Fracture Geometry in CRI Studies.
- Fracture Modeling, Pressure Monitoring Interpretation, Pressure Match and Re-Modeling, Fluid Loss and Fracture Efficiency of Injection Calibration Interpretations.
- Lead the development and integration of SIS Eclipse and Petrel simulators as well as PTS workflows for CRI Subsurface Assurance process for advanced environmental waste containment assurance and disposal domain mapping.
- New technology development and integration in the area of CRI 3D Geomechanics and Hydraulic Fracturing Modeling.
- Mentoring and development of CRI Subsurface Geo-mechanical Engineers at the Areas level.
- Active in Industry Societies (SPE, IADC, ARMA) via customer involved publications of Success Stories, White Papers and Case Studies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years or more.
- Education: Engineering Degree in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology
- Experience: 3D / 4D Geomechanics, Reservoir Geomechanics, Petrophysics, Wellbore Stability, Hydraulic Fracturing, Reservoir Simulations, Geological Modeling
- Knowledge of SLB Software: Techlog, Eclipse, FracCADE,
- Publications: preferable but not necessary
- Languages: Russian (fluent), English (advanced / fluent)
