In the streets of Hong Kong, Ah Wah and Fly extort the city bandits. Ah Wah has just welcomed into his home a distant cousin, Ah Ngor, who must be hospitalized for a lung problem, while Fly, accompanied by Ah Site, gets too involved and quarrels with a rival gang. As the story progresses, Wah and Ngor's relationship becomes more intimate and Fly grows more and more into violence and problems.
