The Silent Weapon: Scotland Yard detectives investigate murder and race-fixing at a dog track. It features Edgar Lustgarten, Geoffrey Keen, Stanley Morgan, Michael Nightingale, and John Woodvine. Scotland Yard is a British crime drama film series produced by Anglo-Amalgamated at the Merton Park Studios, and originally aired between 1953 and 1961. Each episode, which supported the main feature in a cinema double-bill, focuses on a true crime case with names changed, and feature an introduction by the crime writer Edgar Lustgarten.
