S2, Ep 9: The End of the Line. Steve and Susan are beginning to feel that their relationship is going stale. While Steve seeming cannot make a decision, Susan is always inquiring where he is going. Add to that she is having to deal with a difficult French client on the phone and it proves to be a stressful time for her. But it gets even more complicated as later both are chatted up in a bar by different people, and both decide to play along. But when Susan discovers that her mobile phone has lost all it's numbers, it is then when things get VERY complicated! Starring Sarah Alexander, Jack Davenport, Kate Isitt, Richard Coyle, Ben Miles, Gina Bellman, Lou Gish, Mark Frost, Jules Layser and Hazel McBride. This concluded the 2nd series of Coupling and is one of those "flashback" episodes where it looks at different perspectives of events. That proves handy here, as things seemingly take a bizarre sequence of events, all caused by a mobile phone and different accents. Titled "The End of the Line", was this going to be the end of the series? Fear not, for there would be a 3rd series to come, which you will see next week.
