The rare, 10th and last episode of an American adventure-drama TV series aired in 1970 by Universal for ABC television channel.
The great star of the film is PAUL HENREID, the double (or doppelganger) of the philosopher Albert Camus.
The episode was written by 3 American writers: the producer Richard M. Bluel & the novelist, radio newscaster, screenwriter and TV producer Gene L. Coon (Eugene Lee Coon, he later worked with Gene Roddenberry as a script-doctor for STAR TREK under the name Lee Cronin) & the director and producer Richard Michaels.
The TV movie was directed by the French director and producer Jeannot Szwarc who was raised in Argentina. It was produced by the director Michael Caffey & the writer and producer
Harry Tatelman and was directly related to a former episode with the title "CALL ME LEE". The 2 episodes ("Call Me Lee" & "Call Me Ellen") were edited into an ersatz feature film entitled "MIRROR IMAGE" for TV release.
