Discover the secrets of the recipe for Pizza Bianca with pan-fried mushrooms, on a naan with mozzarella, oregano & garlic cooked by Alizée.
Ingredients:
• White mushrooms
• Clove garlic
• Red onion
• Mozzarella di Bufala
• Naan bread
• Grated Italian cheese
• Dried oregano
• Mixture of young salad
• Butter
• Black balsamic vinegar
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Olive oil
• Pepper and salt
Ingredients for 4 persons:
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 2 red onions
• 2 balls of mozzarella di Bufala
• 400g button mushrooms
• 4 naan breads
• 100g grated Italian cheese
• 120g young salad
• Dried oregano
• Butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
Step
#1: Preheat the oven to 230° C (or 210° C hot air). Chop the garlic and the red onion. Cut the mushrooms into slices and tear the mozzarella into pieces.
Step
#2: Sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes in a pan over medium-high heat with a knob of butter. Add the garlic and onion and cook for another 2-3 min until the mushrooms are golden brown. Salt and pepper.
Step
#3: Brush the naans with olive oil to prevent them from drying out in the oven. Arrange the mozzarella, grated Italian cheese, mushrooms and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oregano on each naan. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Step
#4: Prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper for the young salad. Serve the seasoned salad with a naan pizza on each plate. Enjoy!
