BBC2 Playhouse - Standing in For Henry (1980)
Young student Graham Peach takes on a temporary job at an advertising agency before he heads off for university during the 1960's. But he discovers that the man he has replaced had a notorious reputation in the office, and while his presence leads to resentment in some quarters, others seem to want him to take up where Henry left off...
Starring Simon Cowell-Parker (no, not him), Polly Hemingway, Brigit Forsythe, Barbara Flynn, Philip Sully, Donald Gee, Andy Bradford, Chris Jagger, and see if you can spot Bill Nighy in an early role as one of the artists. This is from the anthology series BBC2 Playhouse and I got this by chance from Mick's Nostalgia Channel before it disappeared from Youtube. This is the only BBC2 Playhouse I've got, and as it is from a video recording (not mine) there are glitches due to the age of the tape. It cannot be helped, but as this hasn't been shown since it's broadcast on December 19th 1980 it can at least be understood. Please also note it has some swearing and nudity.
