It's Halloween, but the social worker gives the good news that Declan can be fostered by the Porter family, but has a surprise for Ben. Apparently he has an Uncle Lon on his mother's side of whom he had no idea existed. Bill persuades him to go and visit his uncle to find out more about his family. It's just a pity they happen to visit during a dark and stormy night. And unfortunate that Uncle Lon's house looks rather creepy... Along with regular cast members Belinda Lang, Gary Olsen, Julia Hills, John Pickard and Claire Buckfield, there are appearances by a young Alex Kew (before My Parents Are Aliens fame) and Windsor Davies as Ben's mysterious uncle. Please note that at the beginning and end of the video the sounds goes up and down. this is due to the age of the video, but for the most part it holds up well.
