In this episode, Endora is frustrated by what she perceives as Samantha's lack of "fun-loving" spirit. To teach her a lesson, Endora casts a spell based on the legend of The Corsican Brothers, which causes Samantha to physically and emotionally feel everything her mischievous cousin Serena experiences.
