At 2 pm, as Xop Dumka starts singing, the Hierarchy, priests and dignitaries walk to their seats. Once all are in place, Xop Dumka will continue to sing and maestro Hrychynsky will give us the "cue" to start walking. We are starting from the last pew in the order written above. St.Patricks has provided us with a table, placed to the left of where the service will be held. This area will be visible to all seated.
The American and Ukrainian flags will be in place.

****Placement of items:
The VINKY are to be placed on the right and left sides of the table with ribbons falling to front of table (walk back to pew)
The WHEAT STALK will be placed near left VINOK (walk back to pew)
The CANDLES will be placed along front center of table (walk back to pew)
UP TO THIS POINT.......the Svichka and Holodomor survivors are waiting at the gate (entrance to the steps)
The HOLODOMOR SURVIVORS walk up the steps first (with assistance and flowers will be held for them) and stand to right side of table. Adrian hands each SURVIVOR the SVICHKA for a few seconds .......and THEY or ADRIAN places the SVICHKA in the center of table. The SURVIVORS place flowers in front of SVICHKA towards right VINOK. The SURVIVORS, with assistance are to be walked to the first pew/center to sit with their families.
Here is an update to all who responded that they will be at St.Patrick's Cathedral on Saturday.
Here is a list of things to do, please volunteer and/or add ideas.
1) I will be there for 1pm to reserve first few rows for a)Holodomor survivors, consulate families, procession participants(front row-sides). If anyone else can come for that time it would help alot. Or, please arrive by
1:30pm.
2) Help with formation of the procession. We will have additional help from parents, if small children come. St. Patricks wants us to gather in their "meeting"room downstairs, to leave coats and stuff, and then we'll wait in the back few rows to the start of the procession. Again, please arrive by
1:30pm.
3) Distribution of flyers, outside, from 1pm.............
4) Help to bring American and Ukraini
