Also, it makes sense to use the gas-engine with the staffing of its line on manufacture of liquid
CO2. Then , the increase of the prices of natural gas simply gives an advantage over potential

competitors, who produce Co2 through burning the same gas in the same number but without
electricity.
In order to improve the efficiency and improving the environmental performance of shipping
us engine-generators, we offer delivery and configuration of their systems of CO2 removals from
the waste gas from the engine. Principle of operation of this system is based on modern
absorption technology, when carbon dioxide is absorbed selectively from the waste gas system,
with its remained stripping reverses, cleaning, compression, cooled to liquid and collected in the
tank for its storage and realization. In the result, the food carbon dioxide is highly clean, as the
gas passes 6 steps of modern cleaning. Waste gases by passing through the system get almost
entirely cleaned from Cox, of resins and carbon, black as well, as being virtually harmless
acidiferous elements for the environment. The proposed system advantageously differs from the
others in that it does not have a special hole for burning natural gas significantly reduces the cost
of equipment and at times reduces the cost of Co2, because natural gas burns in a power plant
through a power of (250 kW \\hour\\700 kg CO2) is used for personal needs during the
production of Co2 and energy of exhaust gases are sufficient to sustain the desorption of CO2.
The excess of thermal energy is reclaimed for 0.8 Gcal of heating in winter and air conditioning
through absorption refrigerator in the summer. Accordingly, all this makes the system out of
competition (value in 2-3 times less analogues and product costs below 3-4 times with high
purification level).
For the Alchemic 1600 kW/h respectively 700 kg of CO2 is produced.
Therefore we recommend assembling line for production of Co2 gas reciprocating type
17ГД100.
The price of a gas piston power plant 17ГД100 constitutes 650 thousand €.
The equipment occupied the surface of 150 m2; a part of the equipment is located on the street
(desorber, absorber, scrubber Tower).
Perspective directions of large-scale use of Co2 in their respective industries:
Fuel and energy complex
Injection of CO2 in oil layers in order to reduce the viscosity of the oil into dozens of times;
A significant increase in oil output of up to 90% and above;
A significant increase in throughput of pipelines by injection of liquid Co2 and lower viscosity
oil;
Application of coal gasification processes, including high technology carbonic acid-oxygen
gasification;
The displacement of methane from the rocks around coal mines, with a view to its beneficial use
as fuel and of protection of mines from the explosion of methane;
The effective preparation method of flotation in liquid carbonic acid.
Production in the chemical industry
Urea (carbamide), soda, potash, synthesis-gas, methanol.
Metallurgy and mechanical engineering
Creating protective environments when melting, processing and welding of metals.
Agroindustrial complex
carbon fertilization of plants;
protection of agricultural products from rotting in the extended storage (grain in grain elevators,
silos, pits, vegetables and fruits in storage);
The strong reclamation of saline lands (saline).

Modern methods of fire protection
Co2 is widely used in modern fire extinguishing methods, including powerful stationary, at
major fire risk areas. This is particularly relevant in the far North, where oil and gas production
is aused of the inability to use the cold water and blowing agents.
In addition to the lines for production of CO2 and heat we would suggest you to over
complete the power plant and the appliance refrigerator air-conditioning in summer, cold water
through the system of heating. In the end it turns out complex quadroproduction. Output

The operating principle of the absorption refrigerators
Absorption (absorptive) refrigerating machines produce cold boiling refrigerant by its
subsequent condensation.
Instead of mechanical energy flow to the compressor in a refrigeration machine you must
spend a sink of heat (1) in the form of flue gas heat, hot water, steam, etc.
In the system of absorption refrigerating machine except the refrigerant there is a sink,
forming a binary refrigerant ammonia-eater mixture.

The first path:
In the generator-electric water heater by heat supply process (1) results a good solution in case
of the evaporation of high pressure and temperature.
Released from the solution, the ammonia vapors are capacitor (cooling water (3)) from which
liquid ammonia after the throttle valve which regulates it in the evaporator boils at a low
temperature and pressure (useful cooling (4)).
A few ammonia from the evaporator are absorbed in absorbere, in which increases the strength
of the solution, and the heat sink has water (2).
The second path:
The resulting in a strong solution of pressurized pump absorber in generator-Kettle, which as a
result of evaporation (1) solution becomes weak.
This weak mixture passes through the regulating valve and is sent to the absorber for
increasing their strength through acquisitions (absorb) cold vapor from the evaporator.
