Sometimes the Customer Support Team may ask you to take a picture of yourself with the unique code in the background as a way of proving that you are the real owner of your profile. Don't worry! Taking this picture is very easy!

  1. Write down the code you received on a piece of paper.
  2. Take the piece of paper with the code on it and hold it near your face.
  3. Take a photo on your own or ask someone you know to do it.
  4. Send the photo to the Customer Support Team.

In some cases, the Customer Support Team might ask you to take a photo with the site in the background. This is pretty easy as well. Just open the main page of OK and take a photo next to it.
