To make the Feed display all member activity or only that of the administration:

1. click "Settings" under the main group picture;
2. select "Privacy settings" in the menu on the left;
3. set "Display only posts by administrators and moderators in the News Feed" to whatever you want in the "Group administration settings" section;
4. click "Save" to confirm.

Note that only group administrators can change group settings.
