    Follow this link to recover your password on your own.
    1. To find your profile, choose something you clearly remember about your page from the options offered (telephone, mail, username, profile link or personal information);
    2. then enter the necessary information into the relevant field;
    3. make sure that the profile in the search results actually belongs to you and request the recovery code using the "Send Code" button;
    4. now enter the code you have received by phone/e-mail in the relevant field and click "Confirm";
    5. create and enter a new password for logging in to the website;
    6. confirm your choice by clicking "Save".

    There are three possible solutions to this problem:
    1. specify your e-mail address or phone number in the username field. The number should be specified with the country code (for example, 19000000001);
    2. if it didn't help, restore your profile in the following way:
      • follow this link and enter the first name, last name, city and age stated in your profile;
      • then following simple directions restore your profile by means of an e-mail or telephone;
      • as soon as you enter your page you will be able to change your username in the profile settings. Read how to do this here.
    3. if you still failed to restore the access to the profile, contact the Customer Support Team.
    Note that recovery by the Customer Support Team may take some time. Moreover, the Customer Support Team may ask you to provide additional information, whereas when you try to restore access to your profile on your own, you will be done in a matter of minutes. If you still have access to your profile, just enter Settings. You will find your username there.

  • How do I recover my profile if it has been deleted?
    To recover your profile:
    1. press the ""Registration"" button on the main page of the website;
    2. enter the telephone number linked to the deleted profile in the field for telephone number input;
    3. then you will be able to restore the access following the directions on the screen.
    Note that a deleted profile can be restored if 90 days have not passed since it was deleted and if a phone number was linked to the profile. Unfortunately, if any of these conditions have not been met, it will be impossible to recover your profile. But if your profile was blocked but not deleted, you can contact the Customer Support Team, and in that case your profile may be recovered.

    If your e-mail address was specified first in your profile and then in another, and now you are having trouble accessing your profile, there are several ways to resolve the issue:
    • if your username is similar to the e-mail address, try logging in to the website having substituted @ character to a dot in your username. So, instead of smith@mail.ru enter smith.mail.ru;
    • if your username isn't similar to the e-mail address, but you have always used the e-mail address to log in to OK, try logging in to the website using the username you specified when registering;
    • try entering the phone number linked to the profile in the ""username"" field. The number should be specified with the country code (for example, 19000000001);
    • if nothing helps, contact the Customer Support Team (form: Aim: Access, Topic: I forgot my username/telephone number/e-mail).
    Please note that recovering your data with the help of the Customer Support Team may take some time. Moreover, the Customer Support Team may ask you to provide additional information, whereas when you try to restore access to your profile on your own, you will be done in a matter of minutes. After logging in to OK, you can again specify your e-mail address in your profile and then use it as your username.

    • you have specified the country correctly. If the country is incorrect, please select the country where the SIM card is registered from the list;
    • you have entered the phone number without the country code (there is no need to do this since it is specified automatically based on the information from the "country" field);
    • there are no symbols in the phone number. You do not need to add the "+" symbol or any other characters. You can only enter numbers in this field;
    • all numbers have been entered correctly. We recommend checking your phone number several times.
